Megan R. Theesen

Megan graduated in the top 10% of her class from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2016 with High Distinction. She focused her studies on criminal law, trial advocacy, and appellate advocacy, and was voted "Most likely to be called when you see red lights in the rear-view mirror" by her classmates. Prior to joining the firm right out of law school, Megan interned as a law clerk with the Lancaster County Public Defender's office where she represented individuals in civil commitment proceedings before the Lancaster County Mental Health Board, and had the opportunity to present oral arguments before the Nebraska Supreme Court. She was a member of the Nebraska College of Law National Trial Team and the Nebraska Moot Court Board. Megan is originally from Kearney, NE.
